Pre-service Teachers 16-Week Hybrid EdTech Frameworks Generative AI

At NHCC, I teach a 16-week hybrid Technology in Education course for learners in their second semester towards initial teacher licensure. This diverse cohort brings a wide variety of backgrounds, leading to rich discussions and impactful learning. We cover what teachers entering the profession should know about technology integration, digital learning, frameworks, laws, tools, AI, and skills, while learning quality teaching strategies with technology. The goal is practical confidence, not just theoretical knowledge.

EdTech Master's Program 8-Week Synchronous Licensed Teachers Generative AI

At Concordia, I teach an 8-week synchronous Curriculum and Instruction course as part of an Educational Technology Master's Degree program. Learners are all experienced licensed teachers seeking an additional degree. I added a technology integration focus to the materials, weaving in AI, instructional design, and edtech frameworks alongside the core curriculum content. Teaching a room full of practitioners who have seen a lot keeps me sharp and grounded in what actually works.

Graduate Education Students Adult Learners Hardware and Web Tools 12 Years

For over a decade I co-taught the Technology in the Classroom course at Saint Mary's University, working with graduate education students on practical hardware and web application skills. This early higher ed experience built the foundation for how I think about teaching adult learners: meeting people where they are, connecting tools to real classroom contexts, and making technology feel approachable rather than overwhelming.
